Fitbit app not tracking food and calories intake

Since the app has updated and I treated myself to premium, my logged food doesnt accurately show up on the main screen icon, and instead have to open the full food log to view my calories.

Sometimes the food log is not displaying my calories at all after adding them. It makes it ridiculous to keep track of them.

After reading someone else had the same problem I have tried to log out, restart my phone, log back in, and try logging which didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which also didn't work either.

It also won't let me add custom food properly, it saves everything as 1 bar which is difficult to record when I'm using grams or ml. Plus it doesn't update my recent and most frequently used calories.

My app is up to date and double checked after reading there was an update. Does anyone else have this issue? It is very frustrating for a service I'm meant to be paying for to help me lose the last baby weight I gained.

We appreciate all that you have tried so far. However, you must know that this is a general issue affecting the food log tool. This has been reported and Fitbit is working on a solution already. Thanks for your patience.
