Just checking in, mine is doing the same. The App asked me to log in which it hasn't done in idk how long. Tried and it said invalid email or password. I performed a password reset then tried logging in and it said internet is required which I had. So I got on WiFi and then is said Fitbit not available. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but, issues still there. I restarted my phone and issue still persists. I am able to log in to the website through the browser of the phone.

Same here until about 5 minutes ago. Then I was finally able to login and all my heart rate data is gone along with sleep data (because it uses HR data).
Fitbit? What's going on?
Best AnswerI am now able to login and with no loss of data. Nothing changed I just tried logging in again after some time.
