Fitbit not showing correct time

I cannot get my fitbit to show the correct time.

@efost A warm welcome to our Community!

 

Let me help you with the time on your Fitbit. Which Fitbit device do you have? Ideally you will only need to sync for it to update the time. You can try changing the timezone to a different one, save and sync then change it back to the correct one, save and sync again.

Sorry no it is not working.  I have done everything that it tells me and it is syncing.  I have a Samsung 8.  Turned the bluetooth on and off.  changed the time zone.  Gave it 24 hours contact together whilst charging.  I cannot get the correct time.  Eva
