Since the latest update the android app doesn't keep track of the daily heart rate chart, only shows the resting heart rate. It is a new phone which worked in April but stopped in May with the latest fitbit update. I have reset the app, reinstalled the app, deleted recent data from fitbit.com to no avail. I also note that the heart rate data isn't syncing with fitbit.com. I will add I have restarted the fitbit.
It is a Charge 2 HR which I have owned since new. There are numerous threads on this forum where people have a similar issue.
Can you advise on how I can get the daily heart rate chart active again? You can see here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/24hr-Heart-Rate-chart/td-p/2078532 of what I am specifically talking about.

Slight update. I managed to find an older version (3.39) and installed that. I now see Minutes in Heart Rate Zones chart but the daily chart is still missing and now even showing a list of days.
Any update from Fitbit? Seems that a device that worked when I purchased it and now has been broken by a software/firmware update. The device I have is now no longer fit for purpose and working as advertised. Who can I talk to about a refund?

@Immature Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the thread shared.
I appreciate that you shared how you feel about this. It's recommended to install the latest Fitbit app version in your phone, this to ensure you receive bug fixes and improvements. In every app update, new features are implemented, you can still see daily heart rate data, to do so: scroll down and select the day you want to check.
If you'd like to have this tab back, feel free to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
Last but not least, check out our Fitbit Warranty for information about refunds.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for responding however the process you are describing where I can scroll down and select the day and see the heart rate is exactly what isn't working. I do not even see each day, the last day I see is 3 May with no data. Previous day is 21 Apr with some limited data. I do not see any charts except the Minutes in Heart Rate Zones (swipe left three times).
Now unfortunately I am unable to attach images, the site is giving me the same error as https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Community-Basics/How-To-Add-An-Image-To-Your-Post/m-p/4739094...
I have ready the warranty, there is explicit that software isn't covered. So if what I assume to be correct, a device can be sold, a software update can break core functionality of the device and service and too bad for the user? I see numerous posts of people with the similar issue. Many a review of the google play store indicate also the identical issue as to mine.
Please advise.

I must add, I have had the charge 2 HR since 2018 and know the function and relied upon it, so I know how to find it. The issue is the data is no longer showing.
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Charge-2-Heart-Rate-not-showing-in-App-and-ass... is a thread showing the same issue as me.
