Heart rate on app has recently been showing only resting heart rate although activity minutes and sleep data register accurately. Tracker set to "on wrist" and heart rate "on".

I appreciate that Inspire 2 settings were checked prior to posting. Note that the Fitbit app will only show resting heart rate. However, in order to see weekly heart rate data, tap on the tile and 30 days data will displayed. Please double check if you're getting data in this tile, if not please attach a screenshot to your next reply.

Thank you for your reply. Until a a week ago my Fitbit app has always shown my current heart rate, with resting heart rate below. The weekly resting heart rate appears okay.

Your heart rate tile will show live heart rate, if your Inspire 2 is connected to your app. Please check this article for tips that can be useful when using the Fitbit app on your Android phone.
