Fitbit app shows "Fitbit stopped working"

When app is open every 5 minutes a pop up shows fitbit stopped working and this has been going on for over a month. I've been sending reports but to no availe nothing has been done about. Can you help please?

I moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic. Try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and test the app
