Just got a blaze and connected to my Sony Xperia z3 compact, all devices are up to date with all software, however I'm attempting to set up text and call notifications, but as soon as I try to enter this field in device settings the app shows me a notification saying " fit bit has stopped working ", I've tried to troubleshoot and allowed all access to the app via my Sony.... Any saviours out there? ...

@Liambrand, did you restart your phone as part of the troubleshooting procedure? If not, go into the phone's Settings, Apps, select Fitibt. Do a Clear Cache, and then a Force Stop. Exit out of the settings screens and restart the phone. See if that corrects it.

I have the same problem with a galaxy s7! My wife has identical blaze and phone with no issues,
Tried
Clearing cache and force stop plus reset
Fresh install of app
Fresh install of device
Factory reset of blaze.
Same issue with trying g to access notifications menu within the app.
Thoughts?
