The user name and password are correct. I click log in, get the circle spin with please wait and then nothing happens. I've tried the following steps
1. Updating password
2. Deleting and reinstalling the app
3. Deleting cache
4. Deleting cache, force stopping, Uninstaller the app, restating the phone and then reinstalling it.
The user name and password work just fine online

I'm having exactly the same problem and have also tried everything you have 🙄 hopefully someone will answer soon !

When forcing a stop, you are doinggthisgthrough the phones setting, and not swiping of the screen?
Hold the finger on the fitbit icon, then tap info.
The other suggestion would be to turn off phone, rather then restarting phone.
Also try with a different Internet connectiong WiFi insteadfof cellular.
Are you behind a firewall,

Thanks for that, I've tried all that you've suggested and still not letting me log in. I've tried setting up a new account and password, I can log in on main website but not through the app.
