This problem started while using my old phone (Oppo F1s - 2017) and has now continued even after I purchased a new phone (Oppo A57 - 2017 - Android version 6.0.1). After downloading the app it opens once, however, the next time I try to open it I get a blank white screen. Nothing happens, the app does not open so you cannot force it to close. The only way to access the app is if I delete and reinstall it. Very frustrating, I'm about to sell my fitbit and find another device.

The current version is 3.11(20243448). Without proper tagging, I'm not sure what above as tried.
With android I would kill the program through the phones settings, apps, Fitbit. This is the only way to completely kill the Fitbit app. Then I usually restart the phone to make sure everything has been removed from memory.

-cleared the cache.Still when app didn't work then,
*-force stopped* the app.
- switched off the Bluetooth.
-Uninstalled and resinstalled the app.
Worked with WiFi and mobile data both. But the problem persists. Attaching
the screenshot of the page view before the app crashes.Kindly look into the
matter.

Thank you Judemon. I have tried this so many times. Switched off my phone waited and restarted. Rebooted too.But nothing is working. It's Third day today.

- Hi there, I have done all you requested. If I turn my phone off, it will work again. But really i should not have to restart my phone multiple times a day for this app to work. That's rubbish!

that. I go to open it again to sync it and the app just stays on that white
screen. The only thing that seems to fix it is if I restart my whole phone.
And honestly I should not have to restart my phone daily just to sync it.
Yesterday I had to restart my phone 3 times.

o@Amber55 why not first try swiping the app out of memory. Then if needed, phone settings, apps, kill app.

Fitbit app stinks 😜 wasted 2 days trying to find the syncing page, plus steps & not getting phone notifications 😜 i rven called & the guy told me their security was going to get back to me by email & it's been hours & nothing 🤔😜😜

Hi Marre,
Good day!
I had a problem with my fitbit app. It just occur this morning and I'm so worried that's why i checked the net to know what to do and I bumped into this. I did all what's stated above but I still cannot access the fitbit app on my phone. My phone is Oppo F5. My brother told me he also encountered the same problem and he uninstall his app just to get the app synced again. Can I send you a picture of what is happening when i click the app? And what shall I do? 😔
