App won't open. It says that fitbit.com is not available. How can I talk to a real person to fix this?

First step would be to restart the phone.
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.

Thanks for sharing those details. If you haven't tried yet, please follow these steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
