Unable to create a group in the Fitbit app

I am unable to create a group using the Fitbit app. It lets me do everything but create it. This is using app version 3.0 beta.

I'm sorry about this situation, and let's work on this together. Since the group function isn't working, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

1. Uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone and reboot your phone.
2. Install the Fitbit app from either Google Play or Play Store.
3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
4. Tap on Community > Groups > Create a group > Get Started.
5. Enter your group details and tap on the "Create" option at the upper right corner.
6. Once it's created, you can invite friends to be part of this group.

Hey Lizzy, 

I tried the steps mentioned above but still cant create a new fitbit group.

I tried uninstalling and then installing it again. The create button does nothing.

Any suggestions?

Same issue. I can write all the info for my new group, but I don’t see anywhere to choose if I would want it private or public and the ‘create’ link seems faded or something because it won’t let me click it even after I write the group name, description, and rules.

The "create" button doesn't do anything on my Android phone, even after entering group name, desc, rules. Can you please look into this bug? Thanks.

So no one seems to have found a fix for this? 

Soooo many issues with the fitbit app and android phones. Seriously seems like this company focuses solely on Apple integrations only. Ridiculous
