Fitbit blaze won't connect to app

I was having problems getting my Blaze to sync. While troubleshooting, I ended up removing my device from my app. I cannot get it to reconnect now. How do I fix this? I have restarted the blaze several times. Removed information from bluetooth. I am at a loss.

I'd like to take a closer look at what could be happening. Thanks for trying to restart and troubleshooting before posting about it!

 

To better understand I want to ask you a few questions:

  • Do you get some sort of error message? If so, what does it say?
  • Did you try and connect it using a different mobile device?

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps and check for the requirements on this article. That should cover all the bases.

I was able to get the Blaze to connect to my phone. I had to restart my
phone in order for it to connect. I am all set now.

Glad to read about that! Perhaps it was something with the app on the phone being stuck in some way. 

 

Now you can reach all of your goals and use the Fitbit in the best way for you.
