My Fitbit charge 2 is displaying a code 22.55.02. Does anyone know what to do?

That's the firmware version. It should show on device when restart, then go away.  If your is staying on the screen, I suggest doing a restart, preferably 3 times.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
