Fitbit charge not pairing

My fitbit charge is not pairing with my Bluetooth on my phone it's synching but not pairing help. I've setup and did it twice

@Cannick33 Welcome to our community! I think there is some confusion regarding how your Fitbit Charge HR syncs with your phone. Your tracker uses your phone's Bluetooth chip to sync with it but the sync is managed by the Fitbit app. Once you have setup your tracker using the app it will sync with your phone. There is no need to go to the Bluetooth settings to "pair" your tracker manually, this has already been done by your app. You can read more about this here.
