Fitbit charge

As of this morning my fitbit charge will not sync with my android phone. I have completed all the troubleshooting and nothing seems to work. If someone could get back with me on how to get this problem resolved.

I had the same issue start just yesterday. I had been having to restart my phone. I went into my phone settings made sure location had full permissions and turned off battery saving mode and that seems to have worked.

Welcome to our Community @87bnb @Trexy! Thanks for joining us! Smiley WinkThank you so much for sharing how you resolve this my friend @Trexy! If that doesn't work I'd appreciate you try the following steps:

 

1. Restart your tracker.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your Android phone and then open the Fitbit app to initiate a sync. 
3. If you're still having trouble, set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
