Low Battery, no notification

Is there a problem with the app now that it is no longer sending a low battery notification via email or push notifications? My Charge died today and when I opened the app the last sync was about an hour ago with almost no battery, but I was never notified.

Welcome to our Community @MichaelB1! It's great to have you here! Woman WinkMmm this is weird, I'd suggest you go to your online Dashboard > Click the gear icon and select "Settings" > Notifications > Disabled "Low Battery" Notifications > Click "Save" and then sync your tracker > Go back to your Notifications settings and enable the notifications again and sync your tracker one more time.
