I have a new firebird flex which is synced to my kindle fire 2015 when it come to syncing steps it seems to log more than I do I am disabled so I am limited to how much and what exersize I can do I use a peddle bike which is just peddles so I sit on a chair to use in a morning when I get up after having a shower making the bed and walking downstairs the log showed that I have done hundreds of steps which seem a impossible can you help

False steps can be given when moving your arms without needing to actual walk (making up the bed, working with tools..), though it's possible to take those steps for granted since having done the certain activities..).
It's possible to change the dominant hand setting in the Fitbit Phone App by tapping the tile which displays the tracker, on the settings page for the tracker, the sensitivity can be decreased / increased by changing the setting.
For example wearing the tracker on non dominant hand, with the setting to dominant to decrease sensitivity.
