Fitbit chat support not working

The fitbit chat support not working on the fitbit app. I have to go on google to get fitbit support team.

This started  last year 2023. When I talk to support  team  on Facebook messenger.  They are  working on it. It still have issue still. I keep up to date.

When the fitbit app update  February  14,2024. The fitbit support chat  on the app start too work!!
