Hello! It is now 2Q 2023. I purchased a Fitbit inspire 3 earlier this year, but when I upgraded phone to s23 last week, my new Fitbit will not sync to the new phone.
Galaxy S23 running Android 13 One UI 5.1
Please confirm if this is a new issue, or if the old issue was never rolled out in Q1.

I want to let you know that I have moved your post to an individual thread since this seems to be a different inconvenient.
Thank you so much for letting me know what the situation is regarding your Inspire 3 and your new phone, actually there is no issue related to the compatibility of your Galaxy S23 to do the set-up process.
I want you to take in mind, before you start the set-up process you need to make sure that your device is not still connected to your old phone, if so, your device would be trying to connect with that at the same time. If it is possible for you, let's try to turn the Bluetooth off from your old phone and try again.
