I have been trying to sync my Fitbit Charge 2 to my phone recently but it stopped working about a month ago. I have read all of the other trouble shooting ideas on the forums and still no luck. I reinstalled the app, restarted the device and my phone. When I get to the Pair your device page for setup it just says "connecting" until it times out. I have tried this over and over and still nothing. I have had this phone and device previously synced so I don't know why it's all of a sudden not working. Help!

@Weights18, what phone and what version of the Fitbit app are you using? Have you opened the Bluetooth settings in the phone and told it to forget the Fitbit devices?
The app is 2.82 and my phone is a Samsung galaxy j3 Eclipse, but I've been using this phone for the past year without issues prior to this. And yes, I think I've told it to forget the device on Bluetooth.
