Welcome to our Community @Lika! Hope you're doing great! I'd suggest you first restart your tracker and then follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker. Please note that if you recently upgraded to OS 6.0 (Marshmallow) you must have location services turned on to sync your tracker. With this latest update, Google changed the permissions for Bluetooth syncing, requiring the use of location services. For more information about the latest Google permission requirements, see Google’s Android 6.0 Changes document.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

Hey there @Lika thanks for the update! Mmmm this is weird, have you try setting up your tracker as a new device? You can try to do it by following these instructions. If that doesn't work, please contact our Customer Support team and let them know the steps you've already tried so you can get a faster solution from them.
Keep me posted my dear!

Hello Casih!
I tried millions of things and I couldn't find my tracker anymore as well, what helped me was reserting the tracker back to the factory configurations.
Factory Reset:
1 Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge . Your Charge will begin charging.
2 Press and hold the button for 2 seconds and unplugged from the back of your Charge without releasing the button
3 Continue Holding it for an additional 8 to 9 seconds, release, and quickly press and release the button once
4 You'll see the following "ALT" the screen will turn white and it will vibrate for several seconds
5 After vitiation finish it will give you an error code ERROR (e.g. 0X0031) press it one more time and the Fitbit Charge will turn off completely.
6 Wait a couple of seconds and press the button again, the Fitbit Charge will boot up with a fitbit message.
I hope this helps for you as well! Please keep me updated, I know how bad life is without fitbit 😛

Hi, I am having the same proble. My fit bit says it is dec 30 and the time is wrong. If I sync it my phone says it has updated but the fit bit hasn't. I have restarted everything but can't seem to get anything to change the date and time. Suggestions?
