I used to use Fitbit and bought them as gifts for my employees, friendss and family. Nothing like a high-tech gadget at a reasonable price.. the only challenge is the apps are no longer cutting edge but in fact dinosaur technology. It has become evident to me that Fitbit is no longer investing and it's apt software. This is evidenced by how it will no longer sync with Samsung phones such as the s10, the s20, the s21, and now the s22. Such a poor experience and shame on Fitbit for continuing to market that their app and Fitbit devices compatible with these phones.
**Fitbit buyer beware**

I have never had an (huge)issue with Samsung even to this day I'm now on the s23 ultra blah blah blah l....that said the issue I did have ONLY WITH MY NEW S23 I had to factor rest the fitbit and connected like it was brand new....but if you are having alot of issues getting frustrated DL healthconnect (it is still in beta but it is what Samsung will tell you to use IF you talk to the smart people that work there 50x of connect should do it lol) or if you don't wanna go with an app in beta stage health sync works as well (not as simple to use) but works with that said 9.9/10 times with newer Samsung with the newer updates that's your only 2 options...hope this helps
