Fitbit heart rate measurement and calorie count not working

Heart rate monitor is not working and caloric count monitor is not working.

@Sanders25 Welcome to the forums. Please excuse the delayed response. I will gladly help you regarding the HR measurement of your device and the calorie count on the account. Which Fitbit device do you have?

 

Thanks for explaining. However, I find it really odd. Does your account show 0 burnt calories? The calorie burn would definitely be affected, if the HR measurement is not working properly. However, it should still be counting your calories burnt by your BMR (). 

 

Please make sure that the HR setting is activated. I also suggest you check the following article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?.
