My Fitbit is showing 0 steps. As is the app. I've tried unpairing and repairing. I've restarted it too? Thanks in advance for any help

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? Also, the steps are not being counted directly from your Inspire or they're being tracked but at the moment you sync such information into your account the Fitbit app doesn't show your stats updated? Can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? I'll be looking forward to your reply to assist you.

device is showing 0 steps. but my regular route is 3 miles and I've walked more than that
