Welcome to the Forums @baxjunior.

This might be happening because the Nokia 7 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing and these help for the notifications.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Maybe you could even try posting about it in our Feature Suggestions board so that other users can vote or comment on it as a way to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ if there are any questions on the way that board works.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

That's is not a solution. It always work until 20-10 You give the app a update. Nokia 7 is a android one phone. When You look on google play by the fitbit app You Will see a lot of people had Trouble. The solution You gave doesn't work. So give us the old version of the app back without the sync proplems.

We definitely understand how this can be very frustrating but do know that we're always looking for ways to improve the overall functionality and add more devices to the list. As soon as we have any news or updates on the matter we will be sure to let everyone know.

In case you haven't, please try following the steps I mentioned above. There is a possibility that it could work.

My Charge2 was working without issue with my Nokia 7+, until about a week ago.

Now it seems to very occasionally succeed in syncing, but doesn't succeed if I request a sync. Problem seems to correlate with upgrade to Android 9, not sure if there was an app update at the same time. Currently I reckon it's the phone at fault, bit frustrating. I understand it's not available in the US market either, so not expecting a fix soon.
Connecting to computer in the interim.
