Fitbit is down?

I just got a fibit versa and I can't log in on the app because fitbit is down? Is there something wrong with my apo?

I can't even set up my fitbit. I checked the apps compatibility with mg phone before I even bought it. Why can't I use it?

I am having trouble, too.  I am unable to login using my Fitbit app on android.  I also cannot login to fitbit on the web.  Does anyone know what is going on?

I am having the same issue. My app states I haven't synched since yesterday, April 3, around 5:30pm. When trying to synch I briefly saw a message saying that fitbit.com was down for maintenance and synch error however the app does show my steps on my Versa just not my Charge 2. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

My phone was syncing until a couple of hours ago. Now it is asking me to log in, won't send a password reset (because I've never had to log in) and gives me the "not available right now" message. My computer wouldn't sync so I unpaired and then repaired my Versa. It's syncing but the only info it offers is steps and calories burned. Fitbit coach is still up and running. I assume they are doing maintenance or there was a problem with their network,

So I don't think this is a problem with devices. It is a problem with their network. Look at the top of the page at the pink banner. The top of this page. Pink banner. Explaines that they're working on it. If you just bought your Fitbit, please don't be discouraged. It's just a glitch with the system. I love my Versa and this isn't a product issue.

My Fitbit Flex will not sync as of last night.  An Admin here posted they are having issues with Android phone that just updated to the version called "Pie".   Can they not get this stufc worked out BEFORE they roll out new versions?  This is getting really old.

Why is it that Android and Fitbit can't make sure their two systems work BEFORE Android updates their phones.  This is getting old.

Let me know if you need any help. I'm old so it was easy but I had a hard
time with adding music etc. Enjoy! I love mine 🐵

Hello everyone.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing all those details on your experience.

In this case I'd like to ask if the situation has continued since then or if you have all been able to access the app correctly.

I look forward to your replies.
