So i have tried another time to contact the support instant from mail, but all answers i have got is to check that i have enter my data correct and that i have the latest update..

So i just wanna see how many others of you have the same problem or the other way around?

Im having the fitbit charge 4 and a samsung s21 ultra.

But it feels surely as a coding problem within the android app.

Please fix it, it is so annoying

@kaospilot Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the letting me know that you've contacted our Support team.

I'd like you to try switching off and on your phone, resetting your Fitbit Charge 4 and sync 2 or 3 times. Also, switch gender from Male to Female and Female to Male in your profile settings

Hope this helps.

Well i have tried the suggestions you sent, but it didnt work.

Everytime i switch to female and check my pulse section im a male. And when my gender is set to male then in the pulse section im a female. Im using swedish language in the app , dont know if thats a problem in the translation or in the coding. It feels so wierd and annoying

@kaospilot Thank you for getting back. I appreciate that you mentioned your app is in Swedish.

In this case, I'd like you to change the app's language to English and then verify if the app shows the right gender for the Pulse section.

Hope this helps.

Well i dont know what fixed the issue or not.
I logged in from the computer and i saw it was set at Swedish(English) in the language/region info section.

Changed the password so it logged out from the phone, so i logged back in and checked the pulse section again.
And now it shows correct gender.

So i dont really know what fixed the issue, because i have logged out before to try and fix the issue and it hasnt worked.
Now it worked for some reason, i dont know if it had to do with that i logged into the website through the computer first..

But now the issue is solved.

A year and a half later and it’s still a problem. I’m a woman but it’s says man. I have female in the settings.
