Fitbit keeps logging me out

Everytime I click the fitbit app on my phone I have to sign back it. It's getting very irritating. Does anyone know how to stop it from logging me out?

Hi, @Harairoro welcome to the community, I think you may find the cause of your problem in your phone settings. (let us know the make, model & oS) In an Android phone go to the phone settings>apps>Fitbit>App battery usage>set to unrestricted>go to pause activity if unused & turn off. While in the settings you might also clear the cache. Let us know how you get on.
