Fitbit log in issues

Since my Premium trial ended, i am not able to use my Fitbit app.

I have tried logging back in but I am unable to. I click on the link for forgotten password but i never receive an email (i do check my junk mail).

I have even tried the link for other ways but the page is unavailable. Please help! I have been a member for many years and sad to see all my history disappear.

i have checked to see if there are any app updates - none.

Also tried clearing cache.... Still doesn't work. Not sure what else to do.

Thank you @Guy_ .

I saw that thread before creating this one and didn't seem to resolve my issues.

I tried all those helpful tips.
