Love my fitbit app but cannot for the life of me figure this out.
When I put in my items I can see the totals : 20g carbs, 48g fat, 62g protein.
I thought when I clicked on “Nutrition facts” , that I would get the daily totals for the above + some other things like vitamins, fiber and cholesterol. But I get some crazy totals and I don’t know what they are for.
For example the first app screen says 48 g of fat, and the second (Nutrition facts) says 59.72 g of fat.? Why?
Carbs are 20g on the first and 74.48g on the second, why?
Protein is 62 g on the first screen and lower on the second at 57.38g. This make no sense. Please help! 😊
maybe I just dont know what the "Nutrition Facts" button is for.
