I got my charge 4 yesterday and thought that I had the app all set up and ready to go, however I have only just realised that I needed to create a username, so have done this now.

 

Now in still unable to upload a profile photo, I get the error message "access denied" after I crop my selected photo.

 

I am also unable to search for my friends with fitbit on Facebook.

 

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here 😅
