2 days ago i downloaded the fitbit mobile app to track my steps. i do not have a fitbit device to sync it to. but for some reason my steps are not being tracked on my phone.
i am currently using a Samsung galaxy S7 edge which is compatible with all of fitbit devices and programmes.
pls advice

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not compatible with the MobileTrack feature. You can check all of the features the Fitbit is compatible with on here.
