Hello @donut91.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots and explaining the situations you have encountered.

In regards to the active minutes, it is important to mention that they do not mean 'minute that you were active' but are more reflective of the activity that was taking place. You can click here to read more about how they work and how they are tracked.

As for the situation with Spotify, could you share more details on what exactly is happening?

Look forward to your reply.

Hello @donut91.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing all of those details on the matter.

I'd like to address both of the situation you have brought up:

  1. how exactly does it not work? Does it not play anything or does the app fail to load? Please provide as much detail as possible.
  2. In regards to the call notifications, let's try following the steps listed in this help article. They should help to get everything to work correctly.

Look forward to your reply.

Hello @donut91.

Thanks for reaching back.

Did you take small breaks during the walk? Were you holding something with the same hand that your Fitbit is on? Or perhaps the intensity changed during the activity? These all could explain why only 10 minutes were tracked.

Let's try switching arms and see if that improves the accuracy. You can click here for more details on how the wrist can affect the accuracy and how to change the settings on what side it is used on.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.
