Welcome to the Forums @Megygogs.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on. 

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try following all of the steps listed in this help article. It should help your Fitbit to charge correctly once again.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask what Fitbit is it that you have.
