Hi team.

Can you add Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 inch as part of the compatible phones?

ASUS is not included on the list

@Dada12, since the ASUS Zenphone is not a widely used device, it probably won't get a lot of attention. If it gets more popular, Fitbit may test it and add it, though.  Periodically check the Fitbit Compatible Devices list to see if it has been added.

Come on. How hard can it be? Fitbit is raking it in and yet it can not find the time to add a line of phones? This is quite frustrating. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere.

I've started to use my fitbit since 2016. And now it won't sync just because i change my phone to zenfone. This is very annoying.

It's either change my phone or change to other smart watch.

hey fitbit team,

Please add the Asus zenfone to your list of compatible smartphones.  I bought the Charge 2 this weekend. I was so excited to set it up with my Zenfone 3 but the notification from my phone is not working.  Only to find out this morning that my phone is not on your list of compatible phones.  SO DISAPPOINTING!  I was thinking.. maybe I should have listened to my nephew's advise in getting the other brand instead.

I really hope Fitbit would address this compatibility issue with Asus smartphones in the very near future.
