Hello @Absolutanjul welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. I would suggest to contact our support team for assistance. They can take a look at your tracker's back-end information and determine why your tracker is showing the incorrect step count.

Hello, @Dancerdiva13! Welcome aboard. This should not be happening, have you tried to log out from the App, reboot your phone and the log back in? After this you can also try to sync your tracker again.
