With my charge3 I'm getting a notice to restart my s9 to be able to receive my notifications on my charge3. Is this a common issue, my last 2 Fitbits I never had to restart my s9 to receive my notifications. The last 2 morningive had to restart my phone at least a dozen times and then almost every hour after
