Best AnswerWhat do the above comments from Steve H stating some Fitbit's are 'retired' mean? Mine is a charge 2 and won't synch?

In my signature, the list of "retired" fitbits is those that I have had in the past but no longer use.
Although the Charge 2 has been replaced by the Charge 3 it is still fully supported by fitbit and should work just fine. Unfortunately, syncing problems do happen from time to time. The list of things to try in my earlier post normally get things going again. If not, then as it says in the troubleshooting guide, it's time to contact customer support.
