Won't Sync since Nov 4

My fitbit won't sync since November 4. It says everytime "no tracker found". I restarted bluetooth, my phone, uninstalled, installed the app and it is still not working. What else can I do, thank you for some help

Next step is to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options:
