Fitbit not syncing with Moto phone

syncing with moto phone a real problem. Cannot sync at all most times. if it does sync it only lasts till I close phone app then it turns off sync. Ready to through it in bin.

@celtic1947 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't syncing with your phone. Which Fitbit device do you have? Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Can't sync to phone( mostly)
I have a versa watch and a motoZ phone.
I have tried removing all bluetooth devices.
Restarted phone,many times
Restarted versa, many times.
All the permissions are on including GPS.

When I open the dashboard theres no heart beat, or sleep pattern.
Every morning I have to try and sync the versa at least 12 times.
If i'm lucky it only lasts 2 minutes before losing the sync then dashboard
goes back to normal.
