I'm having to reinstall app and restart fitbit every time I try and sync. I've restarted Bluetooth and phone. I've tried opening it on another tablet, which isn't ideal. Anyone got suggestions?

Fitbit stopped syncing a week to my phone.
Tried everything, delete and reinstall app.
Deleting alta fitbit, Bluetooth off and on.
Is there a reset for alta fit it?
