Fitbit not syncing

Is anyone else having issues getting their watch to sync to the app? Mine has different data on both the app and watch and no matter how many times I sync them it doesn't update. I've gone through all the usual steps of factory reset and unpairing then repairing but nothing has worked. I reported this issue to fitbit a couple of weeks ago and have been told it is a known issue and they're working to fix it. I've spoken to others who have a fitbit and they have not had this issue. I've checked online and cannot see it reported on any pages or community sites. Fitbit refuse to escalate the matter, provide further information or even updates on the issue. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
