Fitbit not syncing

Hi there, 

 

I synced my phone on Saturday evening and last night and both times it hasnt picked up they syncing..

 

I even took a photo last night

 

Please advise as i am loosing points

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

If multiple restarts and that troubleshooting guide have not helped then I think the best thing to do would be to contact customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com

 

Hopefully they might be able to tell what's happening from the server side.
