Fitbit not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This started yesterday afternoon around 3 pm EST.  At first it was saying tracker not found.  After exiting out of app and shutting off tracker and my phone,I tried again with "network" not available.  This morning I was able to log I to fitbit but keep getting tracker not found.  I have searched and there are no updates.  I have turned off and on and nothing seems to work.  I have android phone with the 2.52 version.

My Charge 2 isn't syncing either, since Sunday night.  Location is on, I've logged out and in, etc.

My charge  is doing the same thing. I hope someone fixes it soon.

I have the same issue. Has not synched since 5th July. Have tried on tablet and on phone so think issue must be with my Charge 2.

Same here. My blaze has not been syncing since last week. I tried downloading the update it shows, but keep getting tracker not found. Really hope this is sorted out soon.

I was able to get it to sync on my phone but not on my computer.  Now Fitbit won't let me log into my phone.  It keeps saying the password is incorrect -- even after I change it.  Something is very wrong.

Mine hasn't synced since June 30.. Last time they did an app update I had the same problem. Had to uninstall app, unpair my Fitbit from Bluetooth, reinstall and repair Bluetooth. Then it worked fine... Until June 30, apparently...

Hey- I had the same issues with the Charge 2- I found a solution in the forums, but don't have the link handy.  What I did was this (it was a pain in the rear, but seemed to work):

- Delete the Fitbit in question from the app.

- Plug the Fitbit into the charger.

- Turn the phone off.

- Restart the phone.

- Reset the Fitbit by holding down the power button (while it's in the charger cradle and plugged in) until it flashes.

- Start the process of adding a Fitbit to your account- it'll send a code to your Fitbit to sync.

Then it should sync.  I was having issues all last week not syncing- getting the "Tracker not found" message.  I tried this and it seems to be working now.  I tried a lot of other "fixes" too, but this is the only thing that seems to have done the trick.

My problem was that I was in a Weekend Warrior challenge and it lost my data for Saturday for the challenge, but reflected it correctly on my dashboard.  That was pretty disappointing.

Anyway-- this worked for me- I hope it works for you too!

I deleted my fitbit and went to pair it again and it won't let me do that. It just keeps saying searching. I'm going to try and pair it again later.
