My charge 2 has not been logging my exercise for the past two weeks. I've tried resetting my phone, uninstalling the app, force closing it, etc. I do not want to have to manually log my exercises in each time. Please help!

Hello @CoriEliza, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering what type of exercise is not detecting your Charge 2? Some exercises might not be detected due to the nature of the activity: For more details please review this article: Which exercises are tracked automatically?
I was reading you have tried different troubleshooting steps to address this issue, but I'm wondering if you have perform a restart on your tracker? If the issue persists, give it a try to this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps. Catch you later in case you need more help.

It wasnt logging anything. Running, walking, HIIT, etc. I fixed my problem though by resetting my Fitbit Charge 2. I did this by attaching it to the charger and holding the side button down until it cycled on. Problem solved. It is now logging my workouts.
