HR tracker not working. Is there a way to reset? Not even lighting up on the back of the watch.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device are not flashing anymore, I recommend you to restart your device following the steps that are outlined on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Also, can you please let me know which Fitbit device you're currently using?
