Fitbit one won't syn after android update

As of 8.9.17 when I updated my samsung s5 the fitbit app won't even locate my tracker.........it will sync with my laptop so it has to be a phone/android issue.......help!

I'm having the SAME problem. My blue tooth on my android can't even pair with or find it. The people at fitbit are jackasses and aren't the least bit helpful. Guess I'll have to call Samsung about the update and it's requirement for a patch

Same issue. My Samsung Edge 7 wont even find my Fitbit One and hasn't since November 1, 2017. I have yet to find the solution and question whether or not to bother putting on my Fitbit.

I synched it to my laptop which is a huge pain in the **ahem**, however...it works. It will then update my phone.


Now I have a new problem....my fitbit does NOT alert me with vibration when I hit 10,000 steps. Piece of **ahem**
