Fitbit records bike distances incorrectly!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I did a 20K bike today:

confirmed the length with another app

Fitbit thinks it was 10 K

All the other data is correct, why can't I edit the length?

The fitbit map even shows the correct route!

thanks

David

Hello @DavidArchibald welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure to assist you with your concern.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post, thanks for confirming the length prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you noticed this discrepancy situation and how many times since then you experienced this? Which Fitbit device you're using to record your bike activity?

In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device and if possible, please send me a screenshot of the actual bike exercise where you experienced this situation. You can refer to this post to do so.

Keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo:

I have a Pixel 2XL, this was the first time i noticed the issue. I was
wearing my fitbit blaze, and also had my phone on my bike (connected by
bluetooth).

thanks
