Fitbit showing 'fitbit.com/setup'

Hi, my fitbit suddenly lost all display, I pressed the left button, it only showed 'www.fitbit.com/setup' in various languages. I then followebd the instruction by charging the fitbit with mobile phone nearby, it seemed to run the apps again on the screen & my phone. However, it took hours and the watch's screen stopped about 60%. Tried several days and it was the same.

Welcome to the Forums @fklam.

Thanks for letting us know what you have already tried.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try doing the setup process from scratch once again. That should help your Fitbit work correctly once again.

In the meantime I'd like to ask:

  • What phone are you using to sync?
  • What Fitbit are you using?
  • When did you originally get your Fitbit?

Look forward to your reply.

Hello @fklam.

Thanks for answering those questions.

Keep me posted on how running the setup once again goes, it should let your Ionic sync once again with no issues.

Please let me know if there are any further questions.
