My Versa 2 stopped recording my sleep score, steps per hour, readiness report zone active minutes . I can get steps per hr on fitbit. The rest I don't have on either. Seems all my premium serviced have Bern stopped. Chatted with customer service earlier in the week, followed their instructions. Spike to customer service today. Case# 47066913, the say my phone needs updating, there are no updates pending and the I need to update my fitbit app, no updates pending there either! Something is very wrong! Please help!
